Hello and welcome to A Curious Culinarian! I started this blog in July of 2015 with constant encouragement from my friends and family that this is what I should be doing. I find food inspiration everywhere and wanted a place to share those ideas, recipes and unavoidable fails. I chose and especially like the word culinarian for this blog because it sounds like it could encompass everything I plan to do with food: get out of my comfort zone and explore new foods or tricky recipes, invent new flavor profiles and combinations, photograph and share anything wonderful I make or come across… so with that in mind, I present A Curious Culinarian!
